Creating a rule

Now that we've gone over the basic let's create our first rule 😁



1) Go to the email addresses page https://web.emailrule.com/aliases and select the email you would like to create a rule for. You will see a page like below if you do not have any rules created. Click on create new rule

2) A default rule will be created with the name "Your new rule" (don't worry you can change this). The default configuration for the rule is to allow all senders and forward any mail to the email address you signed up with.

3) Configure you're rule by selecting a different property under "Rule Properties" or changing the setting for enabling and senders. Once you make any edit you'll see a save rule button show up.

Do not forget to save your rule after making edits otherwise all changes will be lost.

Once you save your rule the configurations will be applied on the next email recieved to your email address. That's it! You've created your first rule
